Focusing on the health and safety of employees.
This program addresses early reported discomfort, ideally before the need for medical attention, diagnosis and/or treatment. An example may be an employee noticing occasional wrist pain; something that is not yet debilitating but that could be eventually.
With an Early Intervention Program, the employee would know who to see. Our staff would work with the employee to examine the root cause of the issue and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent further discomfort or injury.
This program is in accordance with OSHA first aid guidelines and can be managed by an occupational health nurse, a physical therapist, occupational therapist or an athletic trainer.
