The foundation for our personal and small group training uses our HealthFitness Movement Training System® methodology. Our HealthFitness fitness professionals are extensively trained in it, focusing on mobilization, activation and dynamic movement — to help your employees achieve the best results. Consultation and personalized fitness plan

The personal training process starts with a consultation with our fitness professionals, covering health and exercise history, fitness goals and interests. The consultation Includes a fitness assessment, used to create a starting point and track progress, and a personalized plan that is continually updated as the member progresses toward their goal.

Offer options to employees

Our trainers provide a fun, motivating and supportive experience, with four options for participants to choose from:
  • Personal (1:1): Individualized support, offered in person or virtually.
  • Buddy (2:1): Offered in person or virtually, each participant works on the same exercises (with modifications if necessary).
  • Small group (3-4:1): Each person works on the same exercises (with modifications if necessary) in a circuit format, in sessions offered in person or virtually.
  • Semi-private personal training (4-6:1): Offers individualized training with customized workouts in a group setting. Available in person only, participants can train up to five times per week. 
Our specialty training programs are designed to target unique health and wellness needs of specific populations with personalized support in a small group setting to motivate and guide participants to reach their goals. Programs include: 
  • Move It and Lose It: Addresses mindset, nutrition, sleep and more to support healthy weight and body composition goals. 
  • Fit and Well After 40: Designed for women, with a focus on building strength and muscle mass, bone and heart health, sleep, mindset and connecting with other women in midlife.  
Our recovery training is designed to improve mobility to help participants move better, feel better and enhance their fitness performance and daily life activities. Programs include: 
  • Assisted stretching to help improve mobility, boost fitness performance, boost fitness performance and improve potential for recovery. 
  • Made to Move: A 4-week program that combines assisted stretching with personal training to provide relief in tight areas, correct muscular imbalances and improve overall mobility.
