HealthFitness guided facility layout, equipment strategy, amenity selection, and operational planning to create a 13,000-square-foot facility featuring fitness, recovery, recreation, and community spaces. The center serves more than 3,000 employees and tenants.

HealthFitness shaped the design strategy for a new fitness center within a new Class A office campus, developing the equipment strategy, optimizing the layout, and creating the staffing model for a 5,900-square-foot fitness center and 6,500-square-foot outdoor training area.
