We’re so excited to announce that we are managing one of the largest corporate fitness facilities in the U.S.—Walmart’s Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness facility located at the new home office campus in Bentonville, Arkansas.

We’re pleased to bring our nearly 50 years of industry experience to help Walmart manage all the new wonderful spaces and programs that come with this new facility. The state-of-the-art facility includes:
  • Three pools, six group fitness studios, 20+ recreation spaces, a recovery suite, a teaching kitchen, multi-purpose youth studios and childcare spaces, a café, outdoor paths, and a meditation garden.
  • Programming is anticipated to grow to include 295 aquatic events, 100 tennis and pickleball events, 63 adult/youth sports leagues, 130 fitness events and 20 wellness/whole health events—all each week!
“We have taken a purpose-driven approach to the entire campus’ design, with associate input driving key decisions,” says Cindi Marsiglio, senior vice president of corporate real estate at Walmart. “Delivering on our ‘live better’ promise begins with associates, and this was especially important for Whole Health, which will positively impact the lives of 31,000+ individuals annually!”

HealthFitness will support the new facility with 96 full-time staff and 251 staff overall. Our team will include program managers, fitness trainers an aquatics team, recreation specialists, group exercise instructors, educators and more.

“The facility Walmart has created for its associates and their families is one of a kind,” says Sean McManamy, president of HealthFitness. “We are thrilled they selected us as their partner and are perfectly equipped to bring their ambitious vision to life. We look forward to warmly welcoming members in and are excited for what the future holds.”
