Four HealthFitness Client Sites Awarded MXM Locations of Excellence Award

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — February 11, 2026 — HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, and a leading provider of comprehensive fitness solutions, is pleased to announce that four of its client sites, Corewell Health - Health and Wellness Center, Rochester Hills, MI; Aurora Wellness Center, Burlington, WI; Mercy Health West Clermont HealthPlex, Batavia, OH; and Wayne County Community College’s Curtis L. Ivery Health and Wellness Education Center, Detroit, MI; received the 2025 Annual MXM Locations of Excellence Award.

Each award winner earned an average score of nine or higher across five member feedback categories. These four clubs distinguished themselves through a strong commitment to collecting and evaluating member feedback and using those insights to deliver an exceptional member experience.

James Aranowski, HealthFitness Senior Director of Client Success, who manages the Corewell Health - Health and Wellness Center for Corewell Health™, the Aurora Wellness Center for Aurora Health Care and the Curtis L. Winners are selected based upon two criteria:

• The winner must have a statistically significant number of member feedback responses for the last six months of 2025.
• The winner must achieve an average score of nine in four required categories, and one flex category score of nine. 

The required categories are:

• Front Desk Staff Friendliness 
• Overall Staff Friendliness 
• Gym/Club Cleanliness 
• Likelihood to Recommend

The flex categories are:

• Equipment Condition 
• Locker Room/Showers 
• Staff Assistance 
• Group Exercise/Fitness Classes 
• Personal Training Services 

After months of intentional focus on member experience and a shared commitment to continuous improvement, our teams have once again raised the bar.
